As first time home buyers we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Adam made everything so simple and was there to help us every step of the way.

I recently relocated to St Augustine with my fiance, and throughout the process of purchasing a new home Adam was phenomenal. He listened to our needs, came to know our preferences, and made great suggestions. His knowledge of the areas was impressive, and we definitely appreciated the tips he shared regarding traffic, water systems, and shopping. In the future we wouldn't work with anyone else. He really raised the bar and provided exemplary service.

Adam was amazing. We were moving from 2 hours away, and he made sure to make time for us to hit as many houses as we could in one day. We even needed to stay the night and hit some more the next day. It was unplanned but he still made time for us. Adam also followed up multiple times during and after closing. When we move again we will definitely use Adam.

I enjoyed working with Adam, he understood our needs and wants. He was able to answer all questions my husband and I had, if he didn't know the answer at that moment, he went out his way to get it. He was there for us from beginning to end.

I decided to move from my apartment into a house because I wanted more living space and apartment rates are increasing drastically. I was looking for a realtor who was honest and who would look out for my best interests. I chose Adam and he didn’t let me down. I showed him what I was looking for in a house and he helped me find exactly what I wanted. If you’re looking for a new house, my advice is to take your time and don’t settle for second best. He is very knowledgeable of the area, home construction, vendors and great recommendations of restaurants! Adam is not only the best realtor we've ever worked with he is the best service professional we've ever encountered. We were randomly connected to him through a lender and it feels like we hit the lottery. From the first interaction over the phone back in December, to how prepared he was for our trip from out of town a couple weeks later, to the incredibly high level of service he provided throughout the entire 7 month process...couldn't have been better. We moved from PA to FL and had to do pretty much everything from a distance. Adam was there as our advocates every step of the way. He was there in person for the grueling design center appointments, he'd randomly send us videos or FaceTime with us to show us progress on the house and participated in all of the walkthroughs. He is a HUGE part of the reason we are so happy in our new house. Why don't the star ratings go higher than 5??!! He deserves the highest ratings possible.

We were buyers from out of state and looking at a new region. We found the house on our own and the mortgage company (one we ended up not using incidentally) referred us to Adam. Instead of just collecting a quick pay cheque, Adam spent a lot of time before and after closing helping us with acclimating to the local area and getting ourselves established. He guided us expertly in the local real estate market process and realities. He never ducked our call and was very responsive as well as very proactive in communication. Although we came up with our own offer price, Adam did negotiate the details and aspects of the contract, work completed et al in our favor and in this real estate climate we were able to get the house below asking price with inspections. I would recommend Adam to others especially Veterans.

Adam helped me by showing me houses over many months until I found the right one. He is still helping me weeks after the closing. He was full of advice as I was a first time home buyer. We even learned some things together like what lender not to use. He knew the area I was shopping in and didn't live far from it.

Adam was amazingly helpful throughout the process of building our home. We were first time home buyers and he made it very easy to navigate the process. He was more than happy to be the "bad guy" with the builder when necessary and kept us up to date on everything. Throughout the process he has truly become a friend.
